Glass Laminated Stone (GLS) translucent composite panels comprise of a thin marble, onyx, slate or sandstone veneer, laminated to clear glass, allowing natural or artificial light to pass through. Bonded to glass with a special uv-resistant resin, the resulting panels can be utilised in a variety of architectural applications. The actual thickness of the GLS sheets ranges from 2mm to 20mm. It is real stone and all that see it are amazed at the seemingly never-ending list of applications. Because of the different geographical locations of the quarries we use we are able to offer different colorations used for the GLS. Each sheet is truly unique and created by nature over millions of years. This is what gives GLS such an appeal for architectural and design elements.
